Shipping
Postage and Packaging is charged at:
£5.95 for orders up to £99.99
£10.95 for orders between £100 and £299.99
£15.95 for orders over £300 (inclusive)
We aim to send out goods within the same week in which we have received the order. The carrier is Royalmail or Parcel Force 48.
Large orders
If you would like to place an order of 300+ of one product please be aware that although in most instances we will have the goods, we cannot always guarantee this. In the case we don’t have enough stock we’ll happily get it in for you: there may be a delay of up to two months as our products are shipped from China.
Payment
Payment via our online shop gives you the option to pay via paypal, card, cheque or bank transfer.
Alternatively, if you make an order over the phone we will send you an invoice and this will need to be paid by bank transfer or cheque within 30 days.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for some reason you wish to return your order please do so within 14 days. Any individual products that come wrapped will only be accepted if they are unopened.
